Q: What has been the most exciting challenge of your professional career thus far?
A: One of the most exciting challenges of my career thus far has been completing my first busy season. Coming into the audit industry right out of school, there was quite a bit of anticipation built towards busy season. It was exciting to move through the process first-hand and learn all of the moving parts that go into an audit, particularly with a large life sciences company. Since then, I have worked to complete several other audits and utilized the initial learning and excitement from my first busy season experience.
Q: What are you passionate about outside of work?
A: Outside of work, I’m passionate about dance. I was in dance classes throughout my childhood, was on a competitive team in high school, and ultimately minored in dance in college. I’ve worked in several different styles, but primarily focused on ballet and lyrical.
Q: What did you choose to work in the life science industry?
A: I’m excited to work in the life sciences industry as there are so many small companies doing incredible work and research to make the world a better place. I’m inspired by their work and dedication.
