Prior to joining Browne Consulting, Angela was the Accounting Manager at Karuna Therapeutics, Inc., involved in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Additionally, she held responsibilities for managing month-end close processes, investments, leases, system implementations (ERP, procurement, and AP), SOX compliance, and more. This role built on her previous experience in public accounting as an auditor with Wolf & Company, P.C., having served banks, manufacturers, SAAS companies and other types of clients.
Angela joins the Launch Team to help with onboarding new clients and successfully transition them to permanent teams. In this role, Angela is able to advise new clients on operational accounting matters, system implementations, process improvements, initial budgeting, communications, and anything else that may be needed.

Controller
Mark Mele brings over eight years of accounting and finance experience to Browne Consulting Group. Mark joined our team as a Controller, and now leads a team of one overseeing several newer clients who eagerly await their next significant R&D milestones. His areas of expertise are operational accounting, audit/tax preparation and support, accounting system implementation, management/investor financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
Prior to Browne Consulting Group, Mark worked at RSM in the Assurance practice serving clients in the renewable energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. After RSM, Mark worked at Cambridge Health Alliance as an Accounting Manager.
