Kelsey Kozachuk brings over 10 years of accounting and finance experience to Browne Consulting. Kelsey joined as a Controller, and has worked her way up to Senior Controller, now leading a team of four. She has advised clients on a variety of operational accounting matters, audit preparation and support, accounting system implementation, management financial reporting, preparing budgets, complex equity transactions, stock-based compensation, and long-range forecasts.
Prior to Browne Consulting, Kelsey was an Audit Manager in the assurance practice of the MFA Companies where she served clients in industries ranging from SaaS to manufacturing and worked with start-ups and venture-backed companies.

Mark Mele brings over eight years of accounting and finance experience to Browne Consulting Group. Mark joined our team as a Controller, and now leads a team of one overseeing several newer clients who eagerly await their next significant R&D milestones. His areas of expertise are operational accounting, audit/tax preparation and support, accounting system implementation, management/investor financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
Prior to Browne Consulting Group, Mark worked at RSM in the Assurance practice serving clients in the renewable energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. After RSM, Mark worked at Cambridge Health Alliance as an Accounting Manager.
