Shawn Christman brings over nine years of accounting and finance experience to Browne Consulting. He joins us as a Senior Controller, and now leads a team of two. He has advised clients on a variety of operational accounting matters, such as budgeting, long-range forecasts, payroll implementation and best practices.
Prior to Browne Consulting, Shawn was a manager in the Outsourced Management Accounting department at LGA, LLP where he worked with the owner and managed closely held businesses. Before switching roles, he worked in both tax and audit departments in industries ranging from non-profits, construction, and biotech.

Controller
Mark Mele brings over eight years of accounting and finance experience to Browne Consulting Group. Mark joined our team as a Controller, and now leads a team of one overseeing several newer clients who eagerly await their next significant R&D milestones. His areas of expertise are operational accounting, audit/tax preparation and support, accounting system implementation, management/investor financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
Prior to Browne Consulting Group, Mark worked at RSM in the Assurance practice serving clients in the renewable energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. After RSM, Mark worked at Cambridge Health Alliance as an Accounting Manager.
